Small double room available in Muswell Hill

The room is £640pcm + bills (around £80-£100) and the move in date is the 12th June. The contract is until September but we are likely to extend.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, bedside table and desk and is ideal for someone working hybridly or from the office.

You would be joining myself Becca (26) and Laufey (26). We’re a friendly and clean pair who are happy to go for drinks/walks and catch up, but also have busy lives independently. We’re looking for another clean, friendly girl to join us.

The flat is in a gorgeous, safe, family-friendly area with lots of independant shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants very close by. We’re a short 10 minute bus from both Highgate (Northern Line) and Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) so fantastic links to central London (20 minutes to King’s Cross).
