My name is Claire and I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed person or couple, to take this great room in our highly desirable modern flat. (there is currently a long waiting list for whole apartments in the same building)

Located slap bang in between New Cross rail station (6min walk) and New Cross Gate rail station (4min walk). It's a absolute dream for the commuter that would like to be based in South East London. We're a very short bus journey from Peckham or further East to Greenwich. Super fast getting up North to Shoreditch and Highbury. Easy connections for the Jubilee/ Northern and Elizabeth lines

The flat is a clean and comfortable, fully functioning modern build, only 7 years old. We're on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of London from the kitchen/ living room and balcony. Lots of natural light and space.

The apartment is un-furnished, although there is a chance to buy the bed frame and storage units pictured in the photos from the tenant that's moving out.

Kitchen includes large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine as well as lots of storage.

The available room, which is the master bedroom, comes with it's own main bathroom, including bath and shower, heated towel rail and massive mirror.

You would share with one person, that's me. My name is Claire and I'm Scottish, chilled out, down to earth, respectful and clean. I mostly work in the evening as I work at a craft beer bar. Which means you would have the place to yourself most evenings. Love film, music, art, food & drink.

The neighbours are lovely, there is a welcoming concierge team who respond quickly to your household needs and will collect your parcels for you!
