Double Room available in a new build modern block with it's own bathroom that has shower/sink/toilet. It's on the second floor in a block which is basically just behind New Cross station and very close to a small park. Furnished flat includes everything you need and is less than a minutes walk to New Cross station that gets you to London Bridge in less than 10 minutes or on the Overground to Dalston in about 15 minutes. Deptford, New Cross Gate and Deptford DLR stations are also walking distance so it's very well connected for transport with lots of buses running through the area too.

Flat has washer/dryer washing machine and dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also a bicycle store on the ground floor. I currently have Sky plus HD and broadband and have put a large 42" TV in front room. Bills always come in as very reasonable. It's a very new and very nice flat. I have replaced one of the sofas in the picture with a much larger 3 seater power recliner too!! whoooooo! and my favourite feature of the flat is that the kitchen cupboards close slowly... never hear a cupboard slam again in the night!
I work as a TV producer and have been in the flat for nearly 3 years and have lived in the area for 11 years and this is definitely the best flat I've had round here. I originally came to the area to study at Goldsmiths where I did Media, but I've basically never left the area!
