2 Large Double Rooms Available in 4 Bed House

We are 2 students living in a 4 bedroom property, just 2 minutes walk away from Goldsmiths University. Approximately ten minutes walk from New Cross Gate, New Cross and Brockley train stations.

The two rooms on offer are large double rooms, fully furnished and perfect for students. The house has a shared living area and decent sized garden complete with furniture. 

The rent is £430pcm plus around £42pcm in bills (inc. Broadband, gas and electric). There will be a deposit to pay but the amount has not yet been confirmed.

We are a couple looking for two brand new house mates (have to be students for council tax reasons) who are pretty chilled out and don't mind playing the odd video game and having a drink in the evenings.

We will be able to show you round 30th-31st Aug and then 6th-7th Sept.
The contract has to be signed around 17th Sept but it may be possible to move in before that date.
