Double Room in a homely, friendly house! :)

We’re looking for an easygoing guy to join our sociable and chill house!

We are 3 gals - Anna, Lucy and Ella who have been enjoying living with the each other for over a year now after all meeting each other through SpareRoom. Our loved housemate Sam is moving out with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone to take his spot. We would like someone who’s up for hanging out as a house, playing cards in the pub, going to gigs, BBQ’s etc but equally also likes there own space and chill time.

A BIT ABOUT US:

We are professionals in our mid/late 20s, working in design, research and the creative space. We all like exploring london, going to bars, socialising etc, we also look after the occasional dog too!

🏃🏽‍♀️Ella loves being active, especially playing football, you’ll find her watering her plants or cooking up some chicken.

👩🏻‍🎨Anna likes being creative, getting out into nature, travelling and visiting museums/galleries.

👩🏼‍🔧Lucy is super creative, who you’ll find fixing up the house, writing poetry or going to the theatre.

🙋‍♂️A BIT ABOUT WHO WOULD FIT IN:

Someone easy going, open minded and considerate as we all work 9-6/some night shifts so like to have the weekdays low-key. Also someone who doesn’t mind living with 3 ladies (although we aren’t girly girls!).

🐈🐕‍🦺We are open to pets but unfortunately not dogs or cats as we have dogs that come to stay that may not get on with others and one of us has a severe cat allergy too!

🏡A BIT ABOUT THE HOUSE:

A Victorian house with a pretty large garden that’s recently being landscaped with a new lawn. We have a shared living room, kitchen and a conservatory for dinner parties/proper parties/wfh sessions (Anna WFH 3 days/wk). The room available is bright and airy, overlooking the garden on the first floor, and comes with a double bed and a quirky green wardrobe.

📃THE BORING BITS:

We live on a quiet, leafy road only a 5 min walk to New Cross Gate Overground station, a huge Sainsbury’s, some superstores, and the bus station on the main road. We are lucky to be near some good pubs and parks. Bills aren’t included but are around £125 each month and we use Splitwise for shared household items too. We have a cleaning rota for the bathroom and generally all chip in to keep the house looking lovely and clean.

The move in date is the 1st of June but is flexible, so if you can move in sooner from the 20th May, even better!
