It's a 30 minute walk to Rose Bruford or a short bus ride or even shorter train journey (one stop!), 22 mins to london bridge and 32mins to charing cross by train.
It has a bus stop outside the front door, a Co-op across the street, and an amazing Turkish shop just down the road with a great selection of fresh fruit and veg. Avery Hill Park is a 10 minute walk away and Eltham high street (Lidl, Sainsbury's, Boots, Poundland, Vue, McDonald's, charity shops etc. etc. etc.) is 20 minutes up the road or a quick bus ride away.
