A good sized single room in New Eltham, Greenwich

We have a good sized single room for either short or long term let for a female student/intern or professional. We are in New Eltham in Zone 4 in SE London. Local shops, café and hair dressers are within a 10 minute walk from the house.

The University of Greenwich Southwood site is within a 20-30 minute walk from door to door or a 5 - 10 minute bus ride.

The New Eltham station is a 10 minute walk from the house and it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Trains go into London Bridge in under 20 minutes and into Charing Cross, Waterloo East and Cannon Street between 20 -30 minutes.

I am a part-time FE teacher and my husband is an IT professional. We live with our 4 year old daughter and 11/2 year old son in our house. We had an intern stay with us for 7 months and she's just moved out. We've previously hosted students as well.

We are non-smoking and are looking for a non-smoker. Also, someone who is not too loud and will keep the room and the common areas tidy and clean.

The room has a single wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed and a desk and chair. There is Wifi and you will get some cupboard space in the kitchen and light use of the kitchen.

We require a month's deposit if it's a long term stay. References are also required. If it's a student we would like a letter from a guarantor.
