There’s a decked garden, perfect for bbq’s and a driveway for one car. New Southgate Station is 7mins walk; bus 43 and 134 are 10mins walk and will take you to Muswell Hill and Highgate in no time (depending on where you headed!).
Rent is £850 a month inc ALL bills. There are no referencing fees and £450deposit.
