Bright sunny room located in Nine Elms. 5mins walk to Stockwell and Nine Elms underground station and 7mins Vauxhall underground/overground and bus station.

30sec walk to bus links to central London and to bars and Clapham Common. 30sec walk to local shops, chemist, coffee shops with the added bonus of 15sec walk to the local doctor surgery.

The double room contains a lovely Silent night double bed, double wardrobe and chest of draws.

Large well equip kitchen, shared fully tiled bathroom.

I run my own catering business and ideally need someone who doesn't use the kitchen much.

Looking for:
- Clean, quiet Preferably professional who loves their own space.
- No full-time or part time remote workers
- Prefered Mon - Fri letting, but 7 days is available
- Short-term Only (2 - 4months)
