Double room available in luxury apartment

My friend is sadly flying the nest until July 24th, so I have a lovely double room with a large bathroom available, bathroom is not shared (has bath tub),
2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. Large living room, open plan kitchen.
We have a private Conceirge, private underground parking if needed(extra cost)
Lovely tall ceilings and a beautiful view.
Under 10min walk to the amazing Battersea Power Station.
Nearest tubes Nine Elms, Bettersea Power Station and Stockwell.
The area really is just amazing.

I’m looking for someone chilled, easy going but who also loves to socialise :) wine lovers is a must - haha! I’d prefer someone who would prefer a house mate rather than just two people co-existing in the same space. I am a freelance designer and stylist, so work from home a lot.

Council tax and bills not included- we are Lambeth council Band E.
Bills average £60 each, council tax £108 each.

(Ideally if someone is looking for someone to sublet. Alternatively contracts can be changed into new tenants name. Agency will charge a small fee for this)
