I’m moving in with my girlfriend and will need to move out my current room by 23rd of April.
Room comes as is, apart from the left Desk which I will take (and the monitors).
Room comes with a lot of storage!
Rent is £1000 pcm.
Council tax is £40 pcm.
Bills average around £50 pcm.
You will be living with Frank, Viana and Louis, all working professionals! (23/24 yolds)
The house is really central, 2 minute walk from Nine Elms tube stop, a large Sainsbury’s and Southbank Club (great gym). It’s also Zone 1. The kitchen/living area is really spacious and comfy.
The street is also really quiet which is great if you want to relax a bit from London!
