Large Double Room in North Acton

Hey! I’m sadly having to move out of this wonderful room at the end of June as I’m leaving the country, and need to find someone to replace me.

THE ROOM:
The room is a large double bedroom with a lot of natural light facing a very quiet road. It is located in North Acton, about 5min walk from North Acton station (Central Line) and 10min walk from Acton Main Line station (Elizabeth Line), so it’s so well connected! The room comes furnished (double bed, wardrobe, sofa, large bookshelf). There is no desk but that can be easily requested and organised with the landlord.

THE HOUSE:
It is a 4 bed house on 2 floors, with 1 toilet and 1 full bathroom. There is a good-sized kitchen and a nice living room. There is also a nice garden we spend time in for summer!

THE FLATMATES:
There are 4 people living in the house. There is one couple downstairs working in retail which are lovely and work late shifts. The other two flatmates work/study and are super nice and respectful. Everyone is friendly and happy to spend some time together and have a chat, but equally also fine with doing their own thing. It’s definitely more on the quiet side as a flat share, but open to everyone :).

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and respectful, and will be happy to take care of the house. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household, so very welcoming to anyone :)! We just want to create a safe, comfortable space for everyone to live in, and want to make sure you’re willing to do the same.

The room is available from the 1st of July and you need to make sure you can move in by then! There might be some flexibility if you need to move in slightly earlier, but will need to check that.
