We have a fantastic opportunity for 1 lucky individual to potentially move into this fun loving house!

The house is 3 story, 4 bedroom newly decorated and fitted with all the usual but to a nice standard. The room available is a large single with fitted wardrobes.

We have 2 Bathrooms, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. They both have showers with the top also containing a bath.

Living with you will be 1 Female and 2 Males

ME (Sam) A project manager for a development company, very easy going. Fixes everything in the house and spend most of my time either out exploring, in my garage tinkering or washing my car! haha

Olivia (My Partner) A childminder in central, mum to our 2 year old joseph.. Tends to spend most of her time cooking, cleaning and relaxing (what can i say, I've got her trained) ;) hahah
And then there is Andre! He is a lovely guy and works in finance within the city!

We all work through the day and get home between 6pm and 7pm, we then generally chill in the living room stuffing our faces in front of the box.

If its a nice day we sometimes go enjoy the beer garden up the road or sit out in our garden with a BBQ.

There is great access to North Greenwich tube station and the O2, (zone 2/3 jubilee line for fast access to Central London (london Bridge only 10 mins on the tube!)
15min walk into central Greenwich for the park and observatory, Cutty Sark and bars/restaurants and cinema.

The house is very clean fitted with a modern kitchen including:
