Fantastic Flat Share near O2 Arena - Students Only

We have a space available in our modern 3rd floor GMV apartment. There is a shared lounge/Diner with kitchen area and large entrance hall. The room is partitioned off the lounge and is furnished with a wardrobe and sofa bed at present however there is room for your own bed if preferred as we can move the sofa bed to another area. Please don't be put off by the fact that the room is off the lounge, we are all really considerate and will always leave the lounge area when you want some quiet time or you go to bed! The bathroom is shared with just one other as the 2 larger rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. All mod cons incl dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. There are currently one male and 2 female tenants, we're all friendly, laid back and easy to get along with. We are not party animals but do enjoy socialising, gaming, going to the cinema etc. The bills are really low as it is an eco flat, (approx £40 per person per month incl sky package). As we're all students we are exempt from council tax so that's why we are looking for students only. The landlady will require a guarantor for your rent or for the rent to be paid 6 months in advance if this is not possible. Our contract is due for renewal on 23rd August and will run for 12 months from then. Possibility for an earlier move in date if required.
