A very cool place in North Greenwich, less than 10 minutes from North Greenwich station by bus and less than 5 minutes away from Cutty Sark and Maize Hill overground stations. Bus stops are just at the end of the road - perhaps 1 minute walk away.

The available room is a double and comes furnished with one double bed, two night stands and a large built-in cupboard. The floor is fully carpeted. The room is deceptively large and is larger than it appears in the picture.

Downstairs can be found the kitchen and lounge, which opens onto a walled patio at the back - great for barbecues. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, etc - all the usual amenities.

It's a very 70s house with some carpeted walls and ceilings, several different levels help to make the house and rooms in it quite spacious.

The house has a 152Mb Internet connection, shared HD Netfix multiscreen account and Sky HD with the Sports package, although you can opt out of paying for and using any of these services as you wish.

There are also two very friendly and lovely cats living in the property. They spend their time with Kura (the other housemate) so won't be bugging you in your room or being a pain.

Total bills come to around £190-200 on top of the £725 rent.
