The flat is a 2 bedroom flat both tenants are leaving on the 1st of July to move abroad. Each room will cost £1,500 plus bills or £3000 for the whole flat

Having lived in the flat, I can say the biggest plus is the garden, which is a sun trap in the daytime—perfect for BBQs or just sitting out and reading the paper. The flat has SO much storage, and the bedrooms are a great size.
