The flat is spacious, recently renovated south facing (so light filled!) space in Notting Hill. 97 sqm, this is actually a 4 bedroom flat, but of only two people, so each has a bedroom & study 'unit' of 2. So while shared, there is plenty of personal space.

The area is lovely, close to Westbourne Grove, next to pubs, cafes and shops. A 5 minute walk from Royal Oak & Westbourne Park, 15 min walk (or a short bus) from Notting Hill Gate. Easy connections to central London and a 20 minute bike ride to Mayfair through the park.

Looking to rent it out for minimum 2 months at a time, preference for long term. Both bedroom and study fully furnished, Kitchen is equipped, there's a washing machine if needed and a spacious living room.

I am working professional and looking for the same. The study is equipped for easy working from home if needed.

Price is per month for long term tenants not incl bills.
Short term is 1750 per month not incl bills
