My girlfriend and I have a spare room in our beautiful flat in Notting Hill Gate. Our current housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone else to join us in our lovely home.

The room has a double bed with pull out draws and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a desk with a chair for those that need to work from home, though this can be removed if not needed.

The flat is spread over two floors (7th and 8th), with the kitchen, sitting room and balcony downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

- One minute from Notting Hill Gate tube (Zone 1, Central District and Circle lines) as well as numerous bus stops
- Hyde Park, Ken Gardens and Holland Park within a few minutes walk
- Portobello Road, Noting Hill Farmers' Market, many restaurants and plenty of pubs are all on the doorstep
- Tesco, M&S, Waitrose all 30 seconds walk
- High Street Ken is also nearby and within walking distance from Westfield
