Short-term let in Peckham/Nunhead bills included

I am out of town for at least a month with a possibility of this being extended and am looking to let my room out to anyone looking for a short-term option.

The room will definitely be free until 16 June and I will know by Sunday 26 May if it will be available for longer.

It is a ground-floor room in a lovely house in between Nunhead and Peckham. The house is on a quiet street an 8 minute walk away from Queen’s Road Peckham station, with Peckham Rye and Nunhead stations also located nearby. It is conveniently located in between Rye Lane in Peckham and Evelina Road in Nunhead.

The house itself is cosy and welcoming with a shared living room and kitchen. It also has a spacious garden, which gets great light especially now the weathers turned.

The room itself is on the ground floor, and has space for a double bed and desk which are provided. There is a bookshelf there with my books on it which I won’t be able to move out while you stay there, however everything else has been cleared out other than the bed and the desk. It’s a good room and I’ve been very happy there.

The other housemates are friends of mine from uni and are all professionals. 1 works from home full-time and the other two split their time between home and the office. They’re very down-to-Earth and friendly and whether you like to have your own space or hang out a bit in the evenings your needs will be respected. You’re also more than welcome to feel at home in the kitchen and living room too.

I am away at the moment so one or more of the housemates will be around to show you around and meet you when you decide to see the place.
