The bedroom comes with a double bed (with underneath storage) and a wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, and has a balcony overlooking the canal.

Room is £760 pcm plus bills that are roughly about £100. It's available for early September.

The flat is in a great location within walking distance to Victoria Park Village, Hackney Wick, Broadway Market/London Fields. Not far from Bethnal Green and Mile stations, plus the no 8 goes from outside the flat to central London.

You'll be sharing with a Finnish creative professional in her late 20s who is easy going, respectful, likes food/cooking/baking, museums/galleries/gigs - the usual.

New housemate should female, mid 20s or older, be respectful, tidy, considerate, and sociable, who treats the place like a home rather than a place to sleep in. Up for the odd dinner/chat together but who has their own life, but doesn't bring the party back to the flat.
