Hi! I'm Matt, I'm 27yrs old and I work in the City. My flatmate is moving out in a few weeks so I'm looking for someone to replace him, ideally age 25-30. For my job I'm up relatively early so I'm looking for someone who would be on a similar schedule / not up super late on weeknights. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We've been in the flat for 6 months and our contract is until 18th Dec (potential option to extend). The location is great for most places in central London. Availability from late May.

COST: Rent £1690pm + Bills approx £275ppm (incl. Cleaner, Council Tax, Electricity, Wifi, Water).
ROOM: Double bedroom with shower/bath en-suite.
