Double Room in Shoreditch Park

Hi, We are looking for a new roommate to move in anytime before May 22nd in this great new build flat from 2016 near Shoreditch Park and Regent's Canal

I’m 23 years old, working in the creative industry and originally from Spain. I’ve only just moved in but loving the flat! My housemate is 24, originally from France and works in Finance. We are both very tidy and chill, social when needed but also appreciate alone time.

Room is a double with a new bed provided by the landlord. Everything pictured comes with the room: Desk, chair, bed and duvet & pillows. 

The living room is super bright and spacious with two very comfy couches, TV and other things like air fryer, toaster. You would be sharing the bathroom with me as the other housemate has an ensuite.

We have a huge balcony which goes all around the flat with a sofa and a barbecue, great for the summer months.

There’s also a private bike storage.



Bills: It's a new build so bills are quite cheap. Goes from 50-80 during winter to 30-60 in summer months. Council tax is around 60 monthy. Regarding the lease, its 5 months minimum which will bring you up to the end of the contract. Contract renews on Oct. 20th.
