Double Room in central London (Hoxton/Shoreditch)

Our hallway

Hello! We're a household of 3 lovely people that's looking for a replacement for our former flatmate Michael. Our lovely flat is cozy and at a great location.

Bills are not included, It varies month to month and its about 80-90 per month. So you'll be looking at £740 - £750 per month.

Move in date ideally the 7th of June but we can discuss more in person.

I work as a designer for a British furniture company based in Kings Cross. Then we have Izzy who is a fabulous Devon girl working as a store manager for a few vintage shops. And finally we got Manon, our favourite French girl who's studying at Ravensbourne University for Gaming.

We're a bunch of chill, and if we might say so myself, a fun bunch of people to live with. We lead pretty busy lives during the week but love a couple drinks during the weekend to catchup and have a great time.

We maintain the house via a cleaning rota that we all share. So that's pretty important for our future flatmate to be on board as well.

Even though we are not blessed with a living room, we make do with the lovely hallway and kitchen that we made nice and inviting. Our flat is within incredible distance to both Old Street and Hoxton station. Old Street 10 mins walk and Hoxton Overground station is 7 mins walk. 30 mins tube ride to Soho.

Our landlord is pretty responsive with repairs so that's pretty swell. So drop us a message and we can take it from there!
