[Mon-Fri] Large Double with good links to City

We are a friendly couple in our 30s working full time in corporate finance and real estate. We have lived in our end of terrace Victorian townhouse for nearly a year and are looking to welcome someone in for 2-4 nights per week (negotiable of course). We tend to work fairly long hours in the week but love to relax at home and go to the theatre / see pals regularly. Looking for someone tidy, respectful, friendly etc - the usual! Would prefer someone who does not WFH and is seeking a Monday eve - Weds or Thurs eve let. We can discuss price depending on nights stayed.

There is plenty of space in the house (hence us deciding to get a lodger) and you could have sole use of the downstairs shower room (this is not an ensuite) when you stay and can leave a few items in the storage in the room too if that is helpful. You would also be able to use the kitchen of course and all our appliances etc. We can provide as much or as little furniture as you like (we will need to keep our own bed in there though, this is a brand new bed and mattress). There is no wardrobe/ chest of drawers in the photos but can be provided.

The room and bathroom would be cleaned regularly (cleaner included in price). We would also be open to providing and washing sheets each week and sorting dry cleaning / cleaning for shirts etc if required (all negotiable etc). All in all we are flexible with the arrangement and would be happy to discuss/ negotiate anything to make things work best.

In terms of transport, we are really well connected: 8 minute walk to Loughborough Junction where you can catch a 10 minute train to Blackfriars or City Thames Link (ideal for those working long hours in the City like me!). 10 or so minute walk from Oval, Stockwell and Brixton Stations so easy access to Northern and Victoria line. 5 minute walk to bus stop with buses taking you more or less anywhere centrally.
