Hello!

I am advertising a room in a three-person houseshare. Our current flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a new person so we can sign on for another twelve months in our house!

The house is a short walk away from Oval and Stockwell stations, so has great access to the Northern and Victoria lines. We are also adjacement to Brixton Road so have great bus links into central London and further south.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room (with a large TV), downstairs toilet and a separate upstairs shower room. We're on CommunityFibre so we get super fast internet!

The room is the smallest in the house but has enough space for a double bed and a table. Due to the small size, the wardrobe is located in the bathroom up stairs to save on space. There is lots of communal storage in the upstairs landing as well.

Your new flatmates will be Rory (26, Economist) and Charlie (23, Cybersecurity). We're both two working professionals looking for a clean, respectful and friendly flatmate. We both have our own social lives and groups of friends but we want someone who we can be friendly with and enjoy their company. I have recently bought myself a road bike and Charlie is a keen gym goer, so anyone with a fitness hobby would fit in nicely! Our current flatmate also says the kitchen smells very good after we've cooked so we may have some culinary expertise to share :)

Rent is £900 per calendar month, and bills come to around £100 per month. Deposit is £933.33. References will be required (employer's letter, landlord reference, passport photo and bank statement's will be needed).

The contract is for twelve months from 6th June, so ideally we are looking for someone that wants to stay for the foreseeable future. But if you do need to move out beforehand, you can do so if you find a replacement flatmate to take over the contract. Earlier move-in is possible if our current flatmate finds a new place earlier but not guaranteed.
