Share a house w/ other Mon-Fri commuters, nr Oval

This is a shared house, exclusively for Monday to Friday commuters. There are 3 large bedrooms all with double beds, storage space and armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of dining space. There is a shower room and loo upstairs and another loo downstairs.

The house is on a mews style street within a 5-10 walk of Oval station. There is a back garden, off-street parking available and weekend stays possible, both under separate negotiation. Bicycles can be stored in the front drive.

The house has been recently refurbished (work was completed in April 2024), with a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and redecoration throughout.

I am Tom, the owner, who uses one of the bedrooms Monday to Friday. I'm a chartered surveyor working just off Oxford Street. I'm looking to share with other mid-week commuters. No couples, Monday to Friday only, no working from the house please.
