Double room in Oval - July

Great size double room in Oval available long term from mid/late July. Current flatmate (me!) moving to Australia.

5 min walk to Oval station (northern line), and 15 min walk to Stockwell (Victoria line). Stones throw from a Tesco and other shops on the Brixton road, as well as Kennington Park and various gyms etc.

Flatmates are 3 guys in their late 20s, all very good friends and very sweet. One is a comedian, one works in sales and the other is a sound guy for musicals. They’re all very friendly and up for a chat and hanging out.

The flat is on the first floor of a larger housing estate just off Vassall Road. It has off street parking available if you have a car, as well as a small shed space if you need to store a bike or other things. The communal spaces in the flat are a good size, there is one full bathroom (with a bath) and another separate toilet, as well as a terrace with dining table and parasol for the summer!

The bedroom is on the ground floor within the flat and is on the smaller side, so it's probably not ideal for someone who needs a desk/works from home. There is a double bed and other various bits of furniture which will be available for you to use should you want them.

Female housemate is preferred as it's always been the configuration but we could be flexible for the right person!
