Hi, I'm Alaya! Looking for a flatmate Aug 2024

Hi, I’m Alaya! I'm a young professional working in London looking to for a flatmate starting 1 August 2024 (dates can be negotiable). Current flatmate in this flat is moving back to her home country, so we are looking for someone to take her place in the contract (a tenancy swap).

A bit about me: I was born and raised in Indonesia, and have lived in Jakarta, NYC, and London. I went to NYU for university, and I currently work in finance.

I like to spend my weekends going for brunch and workout classes (spin, pilates or ballet). I’m clean, considerate and friendly. I like getting on with my flatmates but will also respect and appreciate your personal space. Looking forward to fun nights out and in together :)

About the flat: it is 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with lots of natural light, in a first floor walk-up.

You will take the Master Bedroom, complete with a king sized bed, ample closet and drawers space, workstation, and an ensuite WC (toilet and sink). Main bathroom with shower is shared with a flatmate (me). The living room is also quite spacious, and a fully equipped kitchen (Incl. dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine)

Very central, well-connected, and beautiful location in Paddington, only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station, a hub in the area (Circle/District/Hammersmith & CIty/Bakerloo/Central/Elizabeth/National Rail lines). Paddington station is also directly accessible to City, Heathrow, and all London airports. The flat is also around 5 minute walk from Hyde park.
