Peckham Rye Station is only a 5/10 min walk, Queens Road station is a bit further, 15mins walk.
All your local amenities are within walking distance, gym, shopping centre, Primark and if you are someone who likes to eat out or go for a drink, Peckham has the best rooftop bars and restaurants.. Nandos, Honest Burger ect.
I also have great transport links to Central London, Stratford, Brixton too.
