Bright double room in lively Peckham

Your room with nice windows

I am sadly leaving my room in this flat share (that feels more like a house) in Peckham. The room is furnished, has nice big windows going towards a very quiet street. In Peckham there is lots of restaurants and bars nearby and I can only recommend the lively area. The flat is cleaned every two weeks and we like to keep it clean. There is a big shared kitchen including a dish washer with everything you need for cooking (even an air fryer;)) Two shared bath rooms allow for enough space for all flat mates. All bills are included (Wi-Fi, tax, everything). The highlight of the flat is a large roof top! It’s the perfect place for having friends over or doing a workout.

With you will be living three students aged 19 to 23 and one professional aged 32. We like having a chat in the kitchen but also enjoy time to ourselves. Because the rooms of the flat are on four levels, you can really have your own space. If you like a shared flat but still enjoy having your privacy, this is perfect.

There are bus stops very near by and the Overground (Peckham Rye) is a 15 minute walk or five minute bike ride away.

I really enjoyed living here and I guess you will be too!
