Double room available in Zone 2 3 bed flat SE15

Me and my flatmate live in a 3 bed flat in Peckham and the third is moving out so we are looking for a replacement from June 20!

The room is a double, comes with built in wardrobe, double bed, desk + chair. The mini sofa in photos belongs to the previous tenant.

There is a shared kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. It's a really bright and airy flat esp in the living room! It came with the L shaped sofa, TV and dining table.

It's £760pcm rent, £24 NDO and around 100 in bills so ~£900 total :)

There are multiple bus routes from outside the flat: 15 min bus to Elephant & Castle or 20 min to Tower Bridge, or 15 min walk to the train/overground at Peckham Rye. 10 min walk into Peckham central w/ library, gym, £5.99 cinema...

Us:
We're two early career professionals who met during masters. We'd like to become friends with the incoming flatmate! When we can we have meals together, watch films, play board games, go to pubs or the cinema or go out for food. We both have partners who stay over fairly frequently but we equally often stay at theirs.

You:
Our preference is a professional female between 23-26 who also enjoys a clean and tidy space !! I work Tues-Sat and my flatmate Mon-Fri so ideally not too much noise past 11pm or so on weeknights, but we're both partiers otherwise and would love someone else that is :) this is a queer friendly flat and neither of us are veggie/vegan or have allergies so there are no kitchen restrictions.
