Hi all, I have a room going in a 2-bed flat in Peckham anytime between now and 1 July. Rent is £862 per month + bills. First floor, no lift, phone access, narrow walkway coming through the front door.

It’s to share with me, 36, black, queer, neurodivergent, creative, homebody. I like to sing, dance, meditate and eat good. Ideally I’d like to hit a nice balance between community and independence in the flat, but also my current housemate is big into solitude and that’s fine with me as well. Being clean and tidy is important.

Apart from the bed, you can swap out any furniture as you like or bring your own.

Unfortunately the letting agent requires 6 months bank statements and a reference from your current landlord and your employer.
