A comfy, contemporary and trendy Victorian school converted apartment, the flat is in cool Peckham, just 6 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station, 2 mins walk from multicultural Rye Lane and a stone's throw from artsy Bellenden Road with loads of great artisan eateries, pubs and Peckham curiosities. The best bit though? Everyone who comes here can't believe how quiet it is round here!
The flat has high ceilings and lots of character. The kitchen has integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob and fan oven and microwave.

This place would suit a mature female sharer who needs peace and quiet for a few months - someone who wants to come back to a clean, tidy environment.

About the flatmate? A professional female, warm and open, love to chill out with a glass of wine but also need my own privacy and space to study.
