Hello, we're Georgia and Cat!

We have two stunning rooms available in our detached Georgian villa in the heart of Peckham.

We're looking for two friendly professionals in their 30s to join our house/community.

ABOUT THE ROOMS

ROOM ONE

An extra large double bedroom - the largest in the house. Forward facing, the room has three bay windows looking over blossoming trees in the spring. It also features an open fireplace and georgian floorboards. The room is next to the main bathroom on the first floor.

Suitable for a single or a couple. Initially a six-month sublet.

Comes with platform bed and clothes rail - but otherwise yours to furnish!

The rent is excluding bills and is non-negotiable.

Couple's rent would be £1,455 excluding bills.

ROOM TWO

This double room features an open fireplace and sash window with a prospect of the garden. Light and airy with original wooden floorboards, this spacious double is based on the first floor. It doesn't share any walls with other rooms, allowing for more privacy.

We are looking for a permanent housemate for this room.

The rent is excluding bills and is non-negotiable.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The house is a detached 1830's Georgian villa boasting a double height living room, dining room and kitchen. It has a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath and balcony on the first floor, a small second loo and third larger bathroom with shower and bath in the basement - so there's never a queue in the morning!

Behind the house lies an expansive garden, including a lawn, wisteria tunnel, orchard and vegetable patch. The garden is brimming with fruit trees, from cherries, quince, pear and apple trees, to grapevines and a 250-year-old mulberry tree.

The area is very safe and well served by bus and rail (Peckham Rye and Queensroad Peckham stations 10-15 min walk).

ABOUT US

We are two professionals in our early 30s. Although we have busy lives we make a real effort to spend time together whenever we can during dinners, board game and movie nights. We've grown close through the house share and we'd love to find someone who wants to join a real community. It's really more of a home than a house share for us!

ABOUT YOU

You are a young professional around our age. You're clean, responsible and social. The garden is the jewel of the house and amazing for hosting summer parties but it also needs frequent care. It's something we do as housemates so someone with green fingers and who's happy to pitch in regularly with running the house and garden would fit in really well.

Piano players are welcome!
