Comfy double room in bright flat with garden

Hello,

I'm Eve, looking for a Monday to Friday (4 nights) lodger or someone who needs a room short term (under 3 months) on a full week basis, please message me to discuss.

THE ROOM
Furnished with:
- a small double bed with a very comfy wool mattress (can provide bedding if required)
- chest of drawers
- lots of open shelving
- under bed storage boxes
- an adjustable standing desk, chair, and monitor (these can be removed from the room if not required)
- I will also provide a wardrobe rail and hangers

Rent includes all bills.

THE FLAT
Bright and homely first floor flat – with lots of room for two people to live comfortably and have their own space. Separate living room and kitchen, and a garden with summerhouse and outdoor seating. It's on a quiet, leafy street with on-street parking.

TRANSPORT LINKS
The flat is easily walkable to many stations so it is easy to get to different areas of central London.

Including:
- Anerley overground (for Canada Water, Whitechapel, West Croydon)
- Birkbeck (for London Bridge and trams to East Croydon)
- Elmers End (for London Charing Cross)
- Kent House (for London Victoria and London Blackfriars)
- 10-15 minute bus connections to Norwood Junction (Thameslink service & London Bridge 10 mins), Penge East (trains to Brixton tube 12mins & Victoria 19 mins), and Crystal Palace (trains to London Bridge, Victoria & Balham/Clapham Junction). The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the flat.

THE AREA
Nearby Crystal Palace has restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and an Everyman cinema. Plus Crystal Palace park with the famous dinosaurs! Penge has useful shops and supermarkets, a craft brewery, nice pubs, and a quirky garden centre with cafe.

YOUR FLATMATE
You will only be sharing with me and my cat Stella.

I'm a tidy, friendly flatmate with plenty of experience house sharing. I work full time in the Civil Service, typically working 2-3 days from home. When I'm at home I enjoy pottering around in the garden, watching series, reading, and crafting in my office space.

Stella also enjoys pottering around the garden and is playful and sociable (not a lap cat, though!).

The room would suit a professional who's commuting into the office most days and looking for somewhere peaceful to relax in the evenings. I'm looking to find someone friendly who would treat the flat as their home/ second home.
