There is a lovely spacious and light furnished double room overlooking the garden available to rent. Loads of storage space in the room plus two bathrooms to share between us. Large edwardian terraced house sharing with female professional owner and her friendly spaniel. Permit Parking available and excellent frequent transport links into both victoria and canada water on over land tube - two stations within 5 minutes walk. Buses also go into Tottenham Court Road via East Dulwich and Forest Hill plus Croydon, Crystal Palace and Bromley.
We are equally close to Crystal Palace park with the national sports centre as a local gym/olympic swimming pool and a 5-10 minute bus ride from Crystal Palace/Forest Hill and East Dulwich with great selection of pubs and restaurants.
I'm 54 and am looking for a friendly, independant and professional tenant.
I'm currently only looking for short term lodger. Max 2 months as have family coming over Christmas.
