Accommodation for a female preferred. Sharing house with Mother and her two young boys (6 and 10 years).
In leafy S. E. London, Oyster card/zone 4, nearest rail stations are Penge East or New Beckenham, otherwise Sydenham (rail/East London Line/Zone 3) is a 15-20 minute walk.
Please only come to view if you are happy already content with proximity to the local rail stations.
A 5 minute journey on the bus takes you up the hill to Crystal Palace which is crammed with restaurants, pubs and a few vintage/antique shops.

I have an easy going outlook, enjoy the Arts and a beer, preferably together.

We have had lodgers before, both short or long-term; students to professionals. I can tailor requirements to ensure you feel welcome and have a pleasant stay.
