We're looking for a new lodger.

The flat is very bright and airy and is on the the second floor of a well maintained 1920s flat block. The living room and kitchen over look a large shared garden.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of draws and a huge fitted wardrobe.

There is always plenty of parking on the street outside the flat.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

Anerley, Penge West and Penge East stations are all within easy walking distance (10-15mins)
