A big double room which is a part of the community houses located in the city centre. The room is located on the first floor of the building and at the ground floor of the furnished house. There is a common kitchen, hall and gallery shared with 3 occupants ( females ). The shared bathroom and shared washroom are separated, both located on the first floor of the house (the floor above the room). The location of the house is optimal for travel with a bus stop located right outside property and the Pimlico tube station being only 0.3mi (5-7 min walk) away. For groceries and daily needs, there is a Tesco express available right outside the property, a Sainsbury's Supermarket only 0.5 mi (9-11mins walk) away and a bunch of cafes and eateries are within a walking distance. Current housemates are 3 female masters students, that's why female occupant is preferred. There is no council tax for this house. All bills are included (electricity, water and Wi-fi) and the house and room are both fully furnished. Offline viewings available till 23rd of April. Online viewings also available through WhatsApp.
