Double room (Putney) with walk in wardrobe/ office

Always hard to capture the full room - double bed and plenty of floor space to the right of it!

I’m moving out of my flat in Putney and leaving behind a lovely double room which has a walk in wardrobe aka an extra room attached. The previous tenant used this as a wardrobe but I’ve converted it into a mini-office with my chest of drawers in there too! So it’s great if you’re working from home.

It’s a spacious room with a bright window, beautiful book shelves and if you’re concerned about the space, there’s plenty of storage. Storage comes both in the form of a cupboard where I hang my clothes and throughout the flat itself (basically, it’s very big!!

We have a lovely landlord who is really helpful if anything ever goes wrong.

The flat is very spacious, in a really nice and safe area of putney. We have a good kitchen with everything you need and a cute outdoor patio area with chairs.

In terms of location it’s a 5 minute walk from Putney station, 10 minute from East Putney, lots of buses, 8 minute walk Putney Heath, 15 minute bus to Richmond Park, and 35/40 minute cycle to central London - what more could you want!

I’m leaving behind lovely flatmates too. You’ll get to meet them during the viewings - as we’re looking to start viewings on Thursday (18th) and Monday (22nd) who are working professionals and I rate them highly! We split the ownership of one of the utility bills so it’s fair and not an admin burden on one person!

Bills are £1000 a month (paid on the 1st) with bills coming to around £150. We each take on one of the bills so it’s a fair admin split across the flat - so you’d be in charge of water!

The biggest room in the flat has an en-suite bathroom, so you’d only be sharing the bathroom with one other female who’s lovely and tidy!
