£1250 includes bills + cleaner.

The room is very spacious, gets good light and is very suitable for WFH. It will come furnished.

You'd have 5 fellow flatmates in the large house. They are a friendly, socialable and considerate bunch of people. 5 English people and 1 Australian.

There is ample space in the living area and a large island cooking that facilitates multiple people at the same time.

You would be sharing a shower with 2 others.

You would enter into a new contract with the property agency for the room. It's a 12 month contract with an option to break the lease at the 6 month mark.

You be required to pay 1 weeks rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months rent once complete

You'd will be required to make a one-off contribution to Council Tax of £150 upon signing of the contract.

I'll be very receptive to those that can move quickly on the room given I need to move in less than 2 weeks for work
