Large double room for rent in a lovely flat on a quiet street in the centre of Putney (4 minute walk to Putney station and 9 minute walk to East Putney underground). You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls, Nic and Eleanor.

The room is a large double room with a fitted wardrobe and bed included. There is plenty of cupboard and fridge space in the kitchen as well as dishwasher. Large lounge TV and plenty of sofa space. Large bathroom with shower over bath and lots of cabinet space. There is also a small balcony overlooking the communal garden.

There are a number of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants etc nearby. It's a nice area, right beside Wandsworth Park, great for running, and cycling along the river.

Large Sainsburys, Waitrose, Lidl, cinema and shopping centre within a 7 minute walk - in the shopping centre you'll find high street stores including H&M, TK Maxx etc. There is PureGym round the corner with cheap membership as well as a number of pilates/yoga studios in the area.

Really fun, easy going, tidy household who thoroughly enjoy each other’s company, a few drinks together as well as a relaxed evening in with a film and a takeaway.

Looking for somebody that is easy going, sociable, keeps the place tidy etc. We really feel like this flat is a home so looking for someone who wants to socialise.

Rent is £670 & £95 approx for bills,
covering water, council tax, internet, gas and electricity. Additionally £30 monthly for cleaning/house supplies and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

All 3 of you will sign the lease with the Landlord once you move in.
