Double Room in Big, Bright Putney Home

We are looking for a lovely housemate to join our fabulous home in Putney! We are three female working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We are sadly saying goodbye to our long term housemate who is moving back home to Devon. This is our home rather than another house share so we ideally are looking for someone who likes to socialise with us over a glass of wine and dinner but also enjoys their own time and space.

About the House
Lovely bright 4 bedroom house on a quiet residential street a stones throw to the River Thames. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room with skylight windows and big glass bifolding doors opening out to our patio and garden. This makes the space bright and light and is the perfect house to host dinner parties or BBQs in summer.

There is also a cellar to store big items such as suitcases etc.

Must be ready to embrace occasional Golden Retriever shenanigans- we promise she is the cutest houseguest!

About the Room:
The double bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking the garden, and shares a spacious bathroom with 2 other girls. The room comes with built in wardrobes. The room is unfurnished so you will need to supply your own bed/mattress and any other furniture. There is floor space for a chest of drawers.

Bills are estimated at ~£130 and include wifi, water/electricity/gas, council tax.

You will join the lease and the deposit is £981 and it’s a one year lease with the option to extend.

About the Location:
The house is located a minute walk from the River Thames in Putney, around the corner from Sainsburys, and 2 min walk to Lower Richmond road filled with bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. We are also located right near the Thames river path that can take you into Barnes in 15 mins or Wandsworth in 20 mins. Putney Bridge Tube And Putney Station both 15min walk.
