Single room available immediately a 3 bed flat in Putney, for single occupancy. The single room has a brand new bed frame and mattress that have not yet been used.

Looking to flat share with a nice, chill gal! I am a 29 year old Irish woman who moved over to London at the start of January. The original contract was for myself and two friends from Ireland, unfortunately circumstances have changed and they need to return home, so they are now looking to transfer their tenancy. The current lease is in contract up to the 5th of December 2024. The tenancy of one of the rooms has very recently been taken over by a 33 year old Iranian woman. We are urgently looking for a third flatmate. It's a respectful, kind environment in the flat, and it would be a new fresh dynamic for any new flatmate, we would all be making the rules together!

I am working as a Client Services Administrator, with typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. I am kind, respectful, polite and friendly. I enjoy taking time to myself, but also enjoy being social and having the chats and a laugh. I like to keep my space tidy and clean, I clear up after myself, ideally I would like to look for people who are similar in that regard, and where we can take turns cleaning the communal spaces. I love reading, music, and games (video, card, board games, all of them!). I am only looking to share with women, and I would love if we could have a friendly, respectful environment in the flat, where we can all respect boundaries and when people need time to themselves, but also be able to be social and chat, maybe watch a movie, play a game, have a drink or a bite to eat together.

Bills are not included in the rent price, but those would be split equally between the three flat mates, and would not exceed £100 pounds per month. There is Sky TV and Wifi installed in the apartment, the modem of which is located in the double room thats available for rent. The flat is only about a 3 - 4 min walk from the nearest bus stop, and about a 25 min walk to East Putney Underground Station.
