Home in Putney Heath

Hi there,

- The rent is £900pcm, plus £80 for water, broadband & council tax. The heating & gas obviously varies from month to month. The flat is well insulated thankfully.

- The flat is very much a home for me. I'd like someone who wants to call it the same. I'd like to share with someone considerate who likes their own space, but who equally likes to chat occasionally. Normal sleep hours are essential. More than happy for people to come over but like all housemates, a heads up is much appreciated.

-You must like cats - there are 3 that live here, although it's more like 2. The oldest one is very skittish.

- It's opposite Putney Heath which is great for walks. It's incredibly quiet and I'm good friends with my neighbours.

- When tenant fills the place, it would initiate a new contract with the landlord, so referencing is required.

About me:
I'm a busy photographer who loves my job. I travel often so you are likely to have the house to yourself some times, but equally I can work from home a lot. I love my job, television and movies, walks in nature and spending time with friends.
