A wonderfully spacious converted loft space bedroom room is available from the start of December in a gorgeous two bedroom flat in block of apartments of edge of leafy Queens Park. The flat is to share with one other friendly, professional female aged 33(tv editor) and has a great kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher and a lovely spacious lounge/dining room with a balcony - perfect for al fresco eating in the summer months!

There is also a free carpark for residents. The rent includes some bills with only council tax and gas and electricity on top which currently totals £104 each plus £20 a month for our wonderful fortnightly cleaner Sabhia! The flat also has wifi included in the rent. The tenancy is either from start of dec until end of March with a view to then extending it for another six months until end of Sept as our landlady lives in Ibiza and is only able to come back either side of the summer season as she runs a retreat centre over the summer months).
