For namesake, you are a 5 minute walk from Regent's park, providing access to that sacred green space in the centre of London.

It't not just the location that is great, the room is great too. It is huge; containing a double bed, a desk and storage and still has plenty of space. All furniture will be available. The room also has a large window that looks onto a communal garden at the front of the property.

The room would be great for either a single person or couple. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other people in the house, but again there is plenty of storage space.

The house is currently occupied by 5 UCL students, including myself. I wanted to sub-let my room for the part of the Summer while I travel. It is likely that the other tenants will also return home, which means it is likely you will have the house predominantly to yourself. The room is available from June- Late July/early August.
