Big double room in Central London Zone 1

Big double room, with own bathroom, available in my large 3 bedroom maisonette. The flat has large living spaces (separate living room and kitchen), a spare room (which I am currently turning into a study) as well as a small garden.

The flat is right in the middle of Central London, 5 minutes walk from both Warren Street and Great Portland Street stations and less than 10 minutes walk to Euston, Euston Square and Regent's Park tubes. It is also a 2 minute walk into Regent's Park itself, and around a 15 minute walk to either Oxford Street and Camden.

Council tax is included in the rent, but other bills (including a cleaner that comes once a week) are split between us. Bills tend to come out a bit over £100 per month - but that includes a cleaner who comes once a week.

I'm a pretty relaxed housemate, and I'm looking to live with someone who is easygoing and will treat this place like their home. Traditionally this has always been a pretty sociable house, where people are happy to invite friends over and for guests to stay. Ideally I would like a flatmate who will enjoy spending time in the house but has their own social life and is respectful of other people.
