Friendly Flat Roehampton All Bills Included

I am an Architect (Scottish👍) working in Fulham and looking to rent out my spare room. I consider myself friendly , tidy and laid back and would love to share and share my flat with someone similar 😁👍.. There is underground secure parking which I have a space. if you require this (at a small extra). But there is also a secure bike store in the basements.
The flat is two mins from roehampton University, The Hospital and Richmond park! Kingston, Richmond and Putney are just 5-10 mins on the bus so it is ideally located ( for me anyway ha ha)
I am pretty tidy and generally like to keep things neat and clean .... but am very easy going and don’t get over excited if there are a few stray items about! I work hard during the week and often not back till late on a weeknights. I do appreciate a bit of solitude and respect peoples personal space/ privacy but i am friendly and sociable and there is almost always wine in the fridge.
I don’t have any pets but my parents were both Vets so I would be happy to consider your four legged friend if you have one.
