2 bedrooms available to rent from September

Two bedrooms will be available in early September with potentially a third being available but that is to be determined. The first room is rather spacious with the second having about enough room for a small double bed.

For the past two years three people have been living here and we are all males, two of us smoke however we do so outside in the garden or out the front door. from September two of us will be leaving after completing their university courses and we are looking for people who could move in shortly afterwards.

As students we can say firsthand that this is a great location for transport to the neighbouring universities with easy travel to the Roehampton uni campuses and to kingston university as well. There are excellent travel links to London. pretty much anywhere you want to go in London will take you roughly an hour.

On top of that the area is surrounded by stores for all your shopping needs. and green spaces are everywhere, with Richmond park practically on the doorstep

If you fancy a takeaway, fear not, the choices are endless as there are 258 on just eat alone. Or maybe if you want a night out there are a few pubs just a stones throw away.

Bills generally speaking are roughly £80. The property has Gigabit speed WiFi which is great for games consoles or PC/laptops.

I should probably also mention that the rent is dependent on how many people are living here, with three of us it comes to 700 each but as there are four bedrooms; that cost can be reduced to 525. the same can be said for the bills.
